Canterfield Creek is an all-brick 100 home community built by Shea Homes. This is a traditional, well established neighborhood on large home lots with most homes built around 1998. Canterfield Creek has a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, walking trails, a large community pond and playing fields for soccer and lacrosse. These homes range from 3500-4500 sq ft. and the average home price is around $700,000.

Wyndham Hall and Bridle Path Estates

Wyndham Hall is located adjacent to Canterfield Creek. This is a small community of 39 homes. Construction began in 2001 and completed around 2013. The average home price is 1.2 million dollars. These homes are an average of 4000-6000 sq feet.  Bridle Path Estates at Wyndham Hall has 24 homes. The average home price is also 1.2 million. These two neighborhoods have no community amenities but there are several country clubs and racquet clubs nearby.
