There are 3 floor plans within these communities, and recently they have added 2 new floor plans for future communities.
Palazzo – This floor plan is 1518 sq ft – 2027 sq ft with 2-3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor are stacked, or next to each other. The two main options to consider with this floor plan are an optional sitting room, screened porch, or covered porch off the owner’s suite and the 2nd floor bonus suite which provides the 3rd bedroom and bath as well as a small loft area.
Portico – This floor plan is 1775 sq feet – 2501 sq ft with 2-3 bedrooms and bathrooms and a den! The 2 bedrooms on the main floor are split, or on separate ends of the home, and the den can be used as an office, study, piano room, or whatever you choose! This floorplan also offers you the two options of the sitting room, screened porch, or covered porch off the owner’s suite and the 2nd floor bonus suite for the 3rd bedroom and small loft area.
Promenade III – This floorplan is 2058 sq ft – 2832 sq ft with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. This floor plan adjusts the den to a bedroom to increase the bedroom numbers. This floorplan also offers you the two options of the sitting room, screened porch, or covered porch off the owner’s suite and the 2nd floor bonus suite for the 3rd bedroom. The bonus suite on the 2nd floor not only offers you the extra bedroom and bath, but a huge secondary living area or loft for your guests to enjoy their own privacy. They may not want to ever leave!
The 2 new floor plans are the Capri and the Providence. The Capri is a smaller home at approximately 1500 sq feet. And the Providence model is a large ranch at 2850 square feet and has an optional 3 car garage. You can even add an upstairs to this home model and have a total of 4100 living square feet.
