The Meridians – This 73 home single family ranch style home community has maintenance free living with a social membership to the Palisades Country Club. These homes range from 1600 to over 3000 square feet. Lawn care and outside maintenance are included with your homeowner dues.
Highcliff at Palisades – This community offers ranch and 1 1/2 story homes, all with downstairs primary bedrooms and fully maintained lawns. The homes feature open floor plans and all offer a covered rear porch. These homes range from 2400-3500 square feet. The Resident’s Club is only a short walk away.
There are many more homes and communities in the Palisades that don’t necessarily feature ranch style homes.
